Facebook gathers its groups into an app of their own: Forum
Last week Meta showed off new features in Forum, a dedicated app for Facebook groups that’s been in testing in the US since May. The app puts all your groups in one place. With the AI feature Ask, you can search for answers from real people, including in public groups you’re not a member of. Facebook is also testing a new role globally that surfaces a group’s most valuable voices. For brands, groups are becoming an increasingly important place for recommendations, and AI makes them easier to find.
