When you visit our websites we automatically collect certain technical data, such as:

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have collected data about a child, we will delete it.

  • Customer support and communications (legitimate interests to respond and assist,  as it is essential for us to provide effective service and maintain good customer relations, which ultimately benefits both parties).

  • Analytics and service improvement (legitimate interests to understand and improve our sites, products and marketing allowing us to enhance user experience and tailor our offerings to better meet customer needs).

  • Security, fraud prevention, and compliance with law (legal obligation and legitimate interests).

  • Enforcing our terms and protecting our rights (legitimate interests).

The provision of certain personal data, such as your contact details, is a contractual requirement or a requirement necessary to enter into a contract with us (e.g., to receive our services or downloads). Failure to provide such required data may prevent us from being able to fulfill your requests or provide the intended services

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

3) When do we share your personal data?

We share personal data only when necessary:

  • Service providers/processors (e.g., IT hosting, CRM, analytics, marketing platforms) under data processing agreements.

  • Public authorities when required by law or valid legal process.

  • Corporate transactions (e.g., merger, acquisition, reorganisation), where data may be transferred in accordance with applicable law.

We do not sell your personal data.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. Nevertheless, no electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Transmission of data to and from our websites is at your own risk; please use a secure environment.
